Mr. Forshag is a knowledgeable Human Resources professional whose thirty years of experience are equally balanced between operational and staff Human Resources assignments. He has served as the Vice President of Human Resources for both the second largest Dairy group of companies in the country, as well as for one of the largest non-union LTL trucking companies in the US. In a staff role, Craig directed the Organizational Development activities for the Manufacturing and Distribution business of the Southland Corporation, as well as having built a successful executive coaching and career transition business in the Southwestern US. Craig holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Loyola University of New Orleans, as well as Masters degrees in Psychology and Business from the University of Georgia and North Texas State University respectively.

Al Petrie
Al established Al Petrie Advisors in 1998 to provide specialized investor relations and strategic analysis consulting for the energy industry. Al has worked with over 60 public and private energy companies to design and implement successful investor relations programs. He also created the Louisiana Energy Conference in 2000 that annually attracts over 450 investment and industry professionals and showcases energy industry firms in an interactive panel format in New Orleans. Prior to founding the firm, Al was the senior IR officer at Burlington Resources and, prior to that, at Louisiana Land and Exploration Company. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive status.)
Chris Delange
Chris joined Al Petrie Advisors in 2015 and has assisted both public and private companies with financial modeling, strategic analysis and investor relations. Prior to joining Al Petrie Advisors, he served as IR Manager and Senior Operations and Planning Director for Midstates Petroleum. Chris began his career at ConocoPhillips and held a variety of financial positions of increasing responsibility including Lower 48 Lead Planning Coordinator, Midcontinent Financial Planning & Reporting Supervisor and Asia Pacific & Middle East Regional Coordinator. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Masters of Finance from Texas A&M University.
Wes Harris
Prior to joining Al Petrie Advisors in 2017, Wes most recently served as Vice President of Business Analysis at CVR Energy as head of investor relations efforts while also analyzing merger and acquisition opportunities. He came to CVR Energy from Force Protection, a U.S. defense industry contractor, where he was Senior Director of Investor Relations. Wes began his career at Greenhill Petroleum Corporation and also worked at International Speedway Corporation where he was responsible for all corporate level business communication. Wes is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his MBA in Finance from Houston Baptist University and BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Steve Berman
Steve became affiliated with Al Petrie Advisors in 2017 after a 35-year Wall Street career as an Investment Analyst, with expertise across the capital structure. For the past 16 years, his focus has been on energy, including 11 years on the sell-side as a Senior Equity Analyst covering over 35 E&P companies. Steve was a TipRanks top-ten rated analyst in 2016 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned an MBA in Finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a BA in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College.
Bruce Connery
Bruce joined Al Petrie Advisors in 2017 after spending 27 years in investor relations Vice President-level roles with Sonat Inc., El Paso Corporation, BG Group PLC and Columbia Pipeline Group. He has extensive experience with mergers & acquisitions, capital markets activity, which included five initial public offerings and spinoffs, company restructuring and proxy contests. Prior to his career in investor relations, he was a Landman for Shell Oil Company and a number of independent operators, mostly in the Permian Basin. Bruce earned his MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University, and BB in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas (Austin).
Adam Leight
Adam became affiliated with Al Petrie Advisors in 2017 after spending over 35 years providing investment, capital markets and corporate finance advice to institutional investors and energy company managements. In 2016, he founded Ansonia Advisors LLC to provide bespoke independent investment research and capital market guidance to large institutional investors. Prior to Ansonia, Adam built and led credit research divisions for multiple major financial institutions including RBC Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and others. Over the course of his career, he was named to Institutional Investor magazine’s “All-America Fixed Income Research Team” more than 20 times. Adam is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and serves on the boards of Goodrich Petroleum and Warren Resources as well as on the boards of several investment advisory and non-profit boards. Adam earned his BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and MS in Investment Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he participated in the Applied Securities Analysis Program (ASAP).
Janet Rasmussen
Janet joined Al Petrie Advisors in 2002 after spending most of her career as a senior sell-side analyst covering oil service and offshore drilling stocks at Merrill Lynch & Co., including receiving Institutional Investor All Star recognition for her coverage of small cap oil service stocks. She also supported several private placement and high yield financings for private oil service and offshore support companies and research on oil service initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Al Petrie Advisors, Janet was the energy industry equity trading specialist for Merrill Lynch’s institutional block trading desk, implementing trading strategies for all NYSE traded energy stocks (integrated oils, exploration & production and oil service). She holds a BA from Fordham University and an MA from New York University.
Richard Tullis
Richard joined Al Petrie Advisors in 2022 after a 30+year career as a Financial and Business Analyst across multiple industries. Most recently, Richard was a senior equity research analyst at Capital One Securities covering exploration & production companies for 15 years and, later, renewable energy companies for 2 years. Prior to Capital One, Richard served as North America Financial Controller and Business Analyst for Universal Sodexho. Before that, he spent 11 years in the energy industry including 10 years with Texaco in the upstream and midstream divisions and one year with Forcenergy. Richard earned his MBA from Tulane University and BS in Economics & Finance from the University of New Orleans.
